We all take different paths to get where we are going and for reasons we all feel are acceptable when we step onto that path. But ultimately we all end up in the same place when it comes to taking care of ourselves, and that is "we" making up our own rules for health because of what we think is best for us and what is actually best for us all is most times not inaccurate. I am extreme person, you know that, but this is for anyone is a huge & over the top step. We are glad to see you finally found the strength inside yoruself to take this step and hope & pray your pain continues to diminish!
